Thirty Panels for Lizard Ridge Afghan

Finally finished knitting all the panels for Lizard Ridge Afghan. The designer really knows how to use Noro yarns. This wave pattern can work perfectly beautifully in garments, especially skirts, I think.

  2. wow! i love the colors!
the pattern seems very complicated to knit with all those waves... it makes me think of the sentence "weave in loose ends".
i'm curious how the finished afghan turns out!

May-Might I ask what yarn you are using to knit Margaret Tudor? I have always loved that sweater but thought that Scottish Fleet would be too stiff and scratchy against the skin. Thanks! Also love your Lizard Ridge!!

  6. Elizabeth, Thanks. I am using Louet Gems Merino in sports weight. I could not get the gauge I wanted with S. Fleet, and was concerned about the same issues as you say. It will weigh less than SF when finished, too. :)
